Things have changed since i last wrote here. What can i do to escape ? (Mind changes are typical for alcoholics, or so i have heard)Newer the less; show me the easy way out.
I have the wright not to shut up! When i was really down, i cutted my wrists, and i was dissapointed, when i did not succeed! Since that, i had help and now i know i have a chance to live life as a normal human being as long as i have the wright perspective towards life. It is a guestion of choices. Newer the less, ewery day i fear, that the depression comes back.
i never said getting help for addiction or whatever you do is dumb. Rehab saves lives.. but at the same time there a many people that dont have the resources, a good Intensive In-patient costs a good 15k for 3 months or so. luckily our country has some good public programs like Bupe maintenence and needle exchanges.
sarcasism r0x0rs but speaking on behalf of personal experience... getting off heroin isnt just the withdrawal part... you being an alcoholic you can surely realize the whole "once an addict always an addict" motto. Both alcohol and dope, as with any addiction, the physical withdrawal is only a fraction of the battle we face trying to stay sober.
thank god we got a needle exchange program.. if i didnt get that vial of narcan from there one of my best friends would have died.

How can you say a Needle Exchange is a good use of Tax payers money? wouldn't allowing them share needles solve the problem? Giving junkies access to NHS equipment is as idiotic as it gets, It doesn't mean they quit It just means they don't infect eachother an weed out the scurge of society
