Sorry to bust everyone's bubbles here, but Troy Davis is already guilty of attempted murder. He shot someone else a few hours before this incident. He also participated in the attack, robbery, and assault with a firearm on a citizen which led to McPhil's intervention and murder.

I believe in the death penalty. We have DNA etc now so it's easy enough to determine someones guilt so I can't understand why this guy is still on death row. No evidence means no case.

He should be freed.

I do not agree with death penalties and this is one of the reasons. Many innocent people have been killed on death row; this makes the "authrorities" guilty of a crime too; they are murdering people! Just because they signed a paper that someone out there typed to allow them to kill doesn't it make it any better than the criminals. Let the rest of them rot in jail, but don 't kill them! I hope Troy is saved.
