  • He might be able to break a brick but what you really have to watch out for with this guy is that he is a liar and does not conduct an honest business. Do not trust his iron palm products. He never sent me my items. All he did was make promises that were never fulfilled.

I doubt the the quality of products now more than ever.

There are a lot of other trust worthy teachers out there. Brain Gray for instance has never failed me nor took me out of my money like this guy.

    Be forewarned.

  • @gio144 Oh it's a Brian Gay troll. Go take your lies elsewhere.

  • @onemindonespirit I have their dvd and it is much more informative than the Brian Grey dvd's. By a long way.

Breaks down the conditioning, Hei Goang, gives herbal formulas and how to prepare your jau. Also has additional advanced training.

  • @Brandontrann advanced chi projection with a kerosene lamp is the actual title

  • @Brandontrann yes. but moreso, the open palm when conditioned and trained properly, causes internal damage. sometimes it can be done with no outward appearance of damage on the surface, other than maybe a small red mark which would dissapate after a short time and leave no visable markings. look at "kerosene lamp" training on oyutube. that is my bro. this is how oyu train this ability.

  • @Brandontrann yes, much more so. it is ver hard to do more than superficial damage witht the fist, unless oyu are very powerful. now with the palm, you learn to penetrate. like in breaking the bottom brick. the palm is more deadly than the fist.

  • Nice two block break brother. True finesse and true skills.

  • Amazing skill, Very impressive really, keep up the good work

  • the first break is an internal break right? Do you meditate before breaking or do ypu perform standing meditation and directly project chi? If you know what I mean.

The first break looks so easy like you are breaking chopsticks. It woule take years to master this skill, really impressive

    Very nice rod

  • agen very impressive, any chance of a slow motion clip in the next video ?

  • thanx alot for the compliment. yes that is a good idea,i will try to get some slow mo. stuff in the next video. look for new coming soon. we will be filming this weekend. 1-10-09

  • My present conditioning level will allow my striking the cardboard, without personal-injury. This experience is to overcome that tensing-up which does often occur, when I attempt Tai Chi push hands.

The attempt to test techniques, is avoiding the major-flaws in the individual-techniques. A person can over-correct with forgetting how to transition between movements, taught by a set.

A movement can be systematically-studied, when shown as a collection of smaller-movements. The small parts study.

  • Very good breaks! I like how your form is so precise. Good work Rodney.

  • Great to see you circling the bag. I do this as well to train my Baguazhang and Iron Palm. NOt many people do that.

    Be well, train hard

  • Very nice breaks you break with ease? I have a question for you. Why circle the bag? I know there is a reason for this. Thanks for posting your video. I hope you do not mind, I gave you a video response I think I am on the right track. I am GoJu and been working Iron Palm for about 1 year.

  • Nice.

  • Well done, I've always been a fan of the circling the bag method.
