DELAYED REACTION BECAUSE YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES WHILE GETTING SPRAYED, ONCE YOU OPEN YOUR EYES IT TAKES A COUPLE OF SECONDS FOR THE SPRAY TO GET IN YOUR EYES AND DO WHAT IT DO. HURT LIKE HELL.
