can't waint to get the voyage cd to hear this done by all the lads - too bad this song won't be on the first voyage DVD release - hoping it is on the second DVD that is suppose to be released late summer eatly fall (what those who have gone to the concerts they say that this is a very visual song just hearing it on CD won't do it justice)

Yeah. I found Flogging Molly's lyrics for this song. Didn't know that was the name of a group, but now I'm upset that I discovered it, 'cause my name's Molly. But I see why he and Celtic Thunder had to clean it up and leave out the last four verses. lol

But I like Celtic Thunder's version better. It's cuter, and makes me laugh more.

GOD! I love this song! Saw it at the Cleveland show and was crying because I was laughing so hard! Glad to hear ya'll have it for the new album (according to Ryan)!!!!! Had so much fun at the show, and I know it won't be my last! Already planning for next fall! By the way, I'm a little glad you didn't get to the last 2 verses! hahahaha, those are sooooo BAD! would've been funny though to hear them, but so not appropriate for a PBS audience or "family show" base! @lexiepalmwood While I agree his voice is wonderful, a cappella means without musical accompaniment. He is after-all, holding and playing a guitar. Perhaps you meant acoustic.

@egaeca1 It’s obviously an acoustic concert which I love (Mr. Harkin is a phenomenal guitar player in my humble opinion) but I was referring to the fact that the man even sounds incredibly beautiful without musical accompaniment as he shows in this video when he stops playing the guitar in spots and we get to hear his voice by itself. Perhaps there’s a musical term for a combination of acoustic and a cappella I don’t have a clue. lol
