Has anyone ever seen the video he did for the FL Panthers when they were an expansion team? He did this video on explaining the rules of hockey and stuff like and i think they gave it to the new tickets holders that first season. I used to watch it as kid and would love to see it again not cuz the rules but its got beezer tearin it up and stuff on there. My dad had tickets those first few seasons and i went to all those playoff games. Greateset time of my life. BEEZER! BEEZER! BEEZER!

Beezer may not have a cup or international medals to his resumé, but what he did on the ice was truly remarkable. If you saw game 4 of the 96 finals down 3 games to none like I did, he single handedly stamped his way to what I believe a trip to the hall of fame. I'm fortunate I got a chance to see him play.

The Beezer killed any chance my Pens had of winning that Game 7 in 1996. I believe he saw 40 shots and only let one in, and Mario, Jagr and Nedved all had quality scoring chances; Beezer was just playing out of his mind.

Beezer outplaying Roy "easily" is a hard argument to make when you give up 14 goals in a 4 game sweep, 8 in Game 2 alone. But your point is well taken, he was the biggest reason for the Panthers' success that year, and he finished 3rd in the Conn Smythe voting. Personally, he's one of my favorite goalies ever. I'd say Beezer, Mike Richter and Tom Barasso are the greatest American goaltenders.

Actually Fitzpatrick gave up the last 4 in game 2. If Patrick Roy is never born, he wins 3 cups. That's kinda why I don't like Roy very much. Beezer was one of the best, and my favorite goaie ever.

i dont like cursing, i as well dont like to judge goalies, even though it may be fun, i think its disrespectful, but i think every goalie in the NHL is good, because they must have worked hard to get up to the NHL level, and to be treated badly? Plus each goalie played good in that 1 game. I mean 5 overtimes? Each goaltender has to have played great. Dont take it the bad way, I like Beezer and Roy better than some of the present-day goalies like Kipprusoff, and Aebeschier

I was hoping to find film on this guy and here it is. I used to watch Rangers hockey back in the late 80's when Vanbiesbrouck was goaltending for them.
