If you listen carefully what he REALLY says is "Just because--I will always love you"

And that was a very well-done transition. It was not unnatural in any way. It was heavenly and made sense when put together

I loath the transition from 'Just for one night' to 'I will always love you' - it sounds exceedingly unnatural. But generally, I admire Ewan McGregor's performance. Nicole Kidman was...well...mediocre? Compared to Ewan, she's no match.
