They asked their allies for air support SEVERAL times and every time it was refused! The only ones flying sorties there were 1 or 2 DUTCH planes in the area I believe. My older brother is doing the same thing in Helmand Province with the Royal Marine Commandos. I think it's better that we stay in Afghanistan, and not pull back in 2010. We do great work overthere, but the politicians don't see that from out of their offices in the Hague. Why don't they ask the soldiers themselves? We are doing the work, so let us decide. And not the politicians or civilians. The US needs us and we need them. The US and Australian soldiers (of course the other ISAF troops to) are great guys, so let us help them overthere. It would be embarrassing to pull back.

Twee jaar geleden heb ik de INI-2 op de KMS gevolgd. De INI-1 (AMO) kon ik overslaan, net als alle militairen die naar de KMS gaan. INI-1 is alleen voor de spijkerbroeken. En aangezien jij niet weet met wat voor leeftijd je Onderofficier kan worden, toont alleen maar weer aan dat je geen militair bent!! En ik weet niet of je tellen kan maar 23 - 17 = 6, dus 6 jaar ervaring en geen vijf, droplul!!

@saurabhdelft You seem to forget that the Dutch were lightly armed peace keepers that had no chance against the Serb artillery and tanks, but still were the ONLY ones that wanted a FIGHT. They asked their allies for air support SEVERAL times and every time it was refused! The only ones flying sorties there were 1 or 2 DUTCH planes in the area I believe. Strange how people referring to Srebrenica always fingerpoint at the only ones that DID want to defend the Bosnians.

My older brother is doing the same thing in Helmand Province with the Royal Marine Commandos. Ohja, sorry deze was ik nog even vergeten MP5 9mm submachine gun (Heckler & Koch MP5, zoals ik hem maar even voor het gemak noem) wordt alleen gebruikt door het AT (alleen als er vooraf dreiging is van tegenstand met vuurwapens) en ME (Brand- en Traangaseenheden). Dus niet door de NL krijgsmacht, beter je huiswerk doen ''soldierboy'' voordat je post op youtube. Je bent nogal snel door de mand gevallen:P

I think it's better that we stay in Afghanistan, and not pull back in 2010. We do great work overthere, but the politicians don't see that from out of their offices in the Hague. Why don't they ask the soldiers themselves? We are doing the work, so let us decide. And not the politicians or civilians. The US needs us and we need them. The US and Australian soldiers (of course the other ISAF troops to) are great guys, so let us help them overthere. It would be embarrassing to pull back.

beetje jammer die reacties hier, mootje die huizen zijn van stront en daar kom je amper door heen.. en lees wat vaker nieuws via de defensie site in plaats van die burger pers die alleen negatieve berichten plaats omdat de bevolking dat om een of andere vage reden wel intressant vind.. wat meer steun van het volk is wel fijn als je daar zit.

Zorgdragen dat je je eigen taalvaardigheid op het juiste peil houdt, want dit gaat voor kansne zorgen in de toekomst. Geen baas zit te wachten op half Nederlands en half van iets anders. Ik hoor het al: "Hey baas, boksie ouwuh en kijk die ding daaro". Laat ze maar, want dan kunnen ze lekker schoefelen. The Nato forces in Afghanistan fight for a cause which does not exist. The Dutch forgot about the period 1940-45 i guess
then Germans were the occupiers now the Dutch occupy other countries in the name of building a better Afghanistan or what they say for Peace & Stability. Alot civilians died because of bombing campaigns. Why is NATO any better then Axis Powers of WWII ? NATO WILL NEVER DEFEAT TALIBAN. Since the Russian got defeated. in 06 werd ik in assen geplaast,heb daar een 6 maanden gezeten tot feb in 07 ben ik naar schoonhoven geplaatst daar heb ik een 1 jarige opleiding gedaan om de MP5 9mm submachine gun; FN P90 5.7mm submachine gun te hanteren zijn begin08 ben ik naar afganistan gegaan voor 6 maanden,na die 6 maanden ben ik 3 maanden thuis geweest ben later nog voor 2 maanden in curacau geweest in bonaire voor jungle training en ben later weer terug gegaan. eind deze maand ga ik er voor het laatst heen, LULLETJE

Zo jij gaat nogal vaak op jungletraining!! En ben je een jaar bezig geweest om een wapen te leren hanteren? Was je zeker niet de beste, hahaha!! Ik ben in 2003 in dienst gegaan, op 17-jarige leeftijd. Heb de AMO gevolgd op Schoolbataljon Noord (Assen), daarna naar Amersfoort gegaan voor de FO (Infanterie in mijn geval). Daarna geplaatst in Havelte. Heb ik 2 jaar gedraaid. Toen overstap gemaakt naar Luchtmobiel. In 2006 (5 mnd), 2008 (10 mnd) en binnenkort (7 mnd) weer naar Afghanistan. LULLETJE

En waar zullen we elkaar tegenkomen dan? Jij komt niet in Afghanistan, want jij loopt gewoon een beetje stoer te doen vanuit je veilige kamer. Je bent geen soldaat en je zult het uniform ook niet waardig zijn of worden!! Mensen zoals jij moeten je schamen, dat je je voordoet als soldaat, terwijl de echte soldaten hun best doen voor een veiligere leefomgeving voor iedereen en daarbij soms hun leven laten. Jullie hebben zelf geen eer en gaan dus maar strijken met die van een ander!!

Twee jaar geleden heb ik de INI-2 op de KMS gevolgd. De INI-1 (AMO) kon ik overslaan, net als alle militairen die naar de KMS gaan. INI-1 is alleen voor de spijkerbroeken. En aangezien jij niet weet met wat voor leeftijd je Onderofficier kan worden, toont alleen maar weer aan dat je geen militair bent!! En ik weet niet of je tellen kan maar 23 - 17 = 6, dus 6 jaar ervaring en geen vijf, droplul!!

Hahahaha, de keuring vind plaats in Amsterdam. Op de Marinekazerne (voor de volgende krijgsmachtonderdelen: Marechaussee, Marine en Landmacht). Het grootste gedeelte van de Luchtmacht wordt gekeurd in Soesterberg. Autsch voor je, vind je niet? Alweer een domme opmerking van je, lijkt me!! Hou gewoon op met je discussie. Je bent geen soldaat en zult het zo ook nooit worden!! Grow Up!!

Dus je hebt in Schoonhoven geleerd om je FN P90 5.7mm submachine gun te hanteren? En meteen daarna ben je naar Afghanistan gegaan? Dus heb je de Uruzgan Integration overgeslagen? Ten tweede in Schoonhoven zit helemaal geen OTC. En ten derde wij werken helemaal niet met de FN P90 5.7mm submachine gun, alleen het KCT en het DSI!! Weer een ''Youtubesoldier'' ontmaskerd. Heb je niks beters te doen, dan doen alsof je militair bent!! Je strijkt met de eer van een ander!!
