A commercial vehicle is one that can transport goods or people. It is not a vehicle used for profit. If your car can transport people, then legally you need a license to operate it. It doesn't matter if you are making money or not.

This is mentioned in section 509 Violations where it states a license is required to operate a motor vehicle. It does not limit licensing to commercial motor vehicles, but instead requires additional licensing.

Be aware of what happens when you "register" something.
By "registering" something (such as a car), you are transferring / surrender your claim to it at law (i.e. true legal title) in return for an equitable title to use it in equity. A Trust status is created.
You then become bound in a reverse Trust to use the created 'vehicle' in equity (associated to the "car" at law) according to those Codes, Rules and Laws under which you "registered" it.
Registering a car does not surrender the title to the car. In fact, cars that are required to be registered are those with a Certificate of Title. A Certificate of Title is Title Inusurance according to Black's Law Dictionary. This insurance policy it what makes the car subject to the Corp. State Code. The Title to a car is a Bill of Sale or some other form of reciept for its contracted purchase.

The current Edition is the 8th edition. I suggest getting it. The definitions are more relevant to the code of today. However, an older Blacks Law Dictionary will help you understand law from its time period better. If you want the dictionary of the Constitution you should get Bovier's Law Dictionary.
I believe the version of Black's Law dictionary at my local law library was the 6th edition. Registration 1. the act of recording or enrolling. Additionally, law dictionary definitions are not always relevant. Often times the code defines a word for use in the code or part of it. The same word could mean something totally different in one part of the code than another. Therefore, all the Rule of Definitions is that the word only has meaning as defined by its context.

I then log on to the internet which was developed by the defense advanced research projects administration and read on here (and different news forums) the typical Fear and Smear posts from the people here and complain how the government can't do anything right because they're restricting our right to travel, and will turn this nation into a tyranny.
It is a felony for a Police Officer to cite someone for a common law right a person has. That's including driving without a license. An officer takes an oath to the Constitutions and has to obey it, therefore he has to obey that a person has the Right to Travel without permission. The State cannot give you permission or license for a right you already have by birth!
You presume that the officer take an oath to the Constitution of the United States of America but they do not. They take the oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, a corporate charter adopted by Corp. U.S. in 1871. In fact, the person licensed to drive is a SSA created trust identified by a SSN, which is necessary to get a license. The trust is incompetent and hence requires a license to operate a motor vehicle.
@SimplyThinkDreams but in order to travel in your automobile without a license would you not have to be able to prove it is really YOUR automobile? Unless you bought the automobile new for cash and got the MSO in your hands instead of surrendering it to the state in return for a "certificate of title" which only grants you privileges to "drive" their "motor vehicle". At least this is how I understand it. I am thinking of buying a new motorcycle for cash and trying it out.
The MSO is not the title to the vehicle. Rather, it is a document showing where its parts come from. The title is a bill of sale or other contract document that proves transfer of ownership. A certificate of title is merely title insurance and in no way gives the state ownership of the car. Neither is it a muniment of title. The certificate clearly states who the owner is, which is a SSA created trust identified by a SSN.
Actually everyone has the god given right to travel anywhere they want and by what ever means they need. Who gave government officials the right to put a charter on vehicles and charge for the privilege to drive? We obviously did and it's become a cash COW.. You don't put plates and charge fees on Horse and buggies? Why not? the horse is more unpredictable then the driver of the Auto?
i think the problem with all this is that it just isn't normal and when you take anyone out of their comfort-zone i.e. cops and judges, they respond with business as usual. Now if you really just want out of paying for a ticket then look up Marc Stevens.

It's not just that the van's owner didn't have a license but that the corporate STATE Certificate of Title wasn't CANCELED. When this title is in place it gives the corporate STATE of _______ a security interest in the vehicle. CANCEL the corporate STATE OF ______ title and create your own with only your name and record it at the County Recorder, newspaper etc. and carry a certified copy.

A commercial vehicle is one that can transport goods or people. It is not a vehicle used for profit. If your car can transport people, then legally you need a license to operate it. It doesn't matter if you are making money or not.

This is mentioned in section 509 Violations where it states a license is required to operate a motor vehicle. It does not limit licensing to commercial motor vehicles, but instead requires additional licensing.

In a court of law our right to travel (without a license), WOULD be upheld. Problem is that since 1933, we no longer have courts of law.
Today's courts are of LIMITED, not general, jurisdiction. They're corporate/Admiralty courts that ONLY recognize corporate fictions.

I assume you're actually referring to the "30 facts about America" video. If you perform a brief google search, you'll find the video is a hoax. All the citations given are erroneous. In fact, most of them contradict the claims they were meant to support. The whole thing was clearly a prank.

The problem is with the plates. You do not need to prove ownership. If your automobile is nor registered, then the state has no title to the "vehicle" and cannot tow it. The remedy is in the word vehicle. Keep looking, you will find it.

You and them have to become sovereign, do A letter of Notice and Intent, give up all your ID, remove your Plates, you won't need insurance. You will be able to travel as a freeman on the land. You will not have to comply with PEACE OFFICERS and it will be there obligation to act as such since they will be equal with you as a Human Being and not above you in their position of employment. You will still need to respect them as they you. again look up Freeman/Strawman or Sovereignty and do research

Be aware of what happens when you "register" something.
By "registering" something (such as a car), you are transferring / surrender your claim to it at law (i.e. true legal title) in return for an equitable title to use it in equity. A Trust status is created.
You then become bound in a reverse Trust to use the created 'vehicle' in equity (associated to the "car" at law) according to those Codes, Rules and Laws under which you "registered" it.
Do not "register" it - do not surrender title.

Registering a car does not surrender the title to the car. In fact, cars that are required to be registered are those with a Certificate of Title. A Certificate of Title is Title Inusurance according to Black's Law Dictionary. This insurance policy it what makes the car subject to the Corp. State Code. The Title to a car is a Bill of Sale or some other form of reciept for its contracted purchase.

The current Edition is the 8th edition. I suggest getting it. The definitions are more relevant to the code of today. However, an older Blacks Law Dictionary will help you understand law from its time period better. If you want the dictionary of the Constitution you should get Bovier's Law Dictionary.

I believe the version of Black's Law dictionary at my local law library was the 6th edition. Registration 1. the act of recording or enrolling. Additionally, law dictionary definitions are not always relevant. Often times the code defines a word for use in the code or part of it. The same word could mean something totally different in one part of the code than another. Therefore, all the Rule of Definitions is that the word only has meaning as defined by its context.

this is UK only then but used to be an owners certificate after registering. Now we get a new keeper document. This just means we are keeping it for someone else. You can make someone else a keeper of your possessions as an individual in contract but you must maintain a separate document saying you are the owner. This is not the case with registration. They are tied into the license you applied for. Maybe signing you name with without prejudice on your license when you apply could remedy this.

That being said... regardless of what blacks Law it is you can state a case over what ever one you have. For example the banking act uses different meaning of individual than the criminal code and the Bill of rights. They make it work for them, you make it work for you. Just know what they mean in their definitions.

A "License" is a contract. It establishes a Trust status.
You take on limited liability but also take on a fiduciary duty in reverse trust to uphold the private law of that contract - the rules of the road.
Avoid contracting with them - stand as one of the People (a sovereign and free man, a human being) with unalienable rights at common law, a claim your right to travel and guide a car / carriage / conveyance.
Do not enter into Interstate Commerce under contract (under "license").

It is a felony for a Police Officer to cite someone for a common law right a person has. That's including driving without a license. An officer takes an oath to the Constitutions and has to obey it, therefore he has to obey that a person has the Right to Travel without permission. The State cannot give you permission or license for a right you already have by birth!

You presume that the officer take an oath to the Constitution of the United States of America but they do not. They take the oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, a corporate charter adopted by Corp. U.S. in 1871. In fact, the person licensed to drive is a SSA created trust identified by a SSN, which is necessary to get a license. The trust is incompetent and hence requires a license to operate a motor vehicle.

Unless you bought the automobile new for cash and got the MSO in your hands instead of surrendering it to the state in return for a "certificate of title" which only grants you privileges to "drive" their "motor vehicle". At least this is how I understand it. I am thinking of buying a new motorcycle for cash and trying it out.

The MSO is not the title to the vehicle. Rather, it is a document showing where its parts come from. The title is a bill of sale or other contract document that proves transfer of ownership. A certificate of title is merely title insurance and in no way gives the state ownership of the car. Neither is it a muniment of title. The certificate clearly states who the owner is, which is a SSA created trust identified by a SSN.
