Very nice job..sometimes the first recording is the best(or in my case, I can't be bothered to do a 2nd take LOL) Minor mistakes are fine as long as the feeling/vibe of the song is there...Good Luck to ya (^8
@xXTHEDOUCHEBAGXx What would you recommend? I don't know much about strings, I've been getting the same Elixer Light (or something like that) pretty much since I started playing.
@LisaStubbs8 Well, if you want a bright tone that's excellent for blues, GHS light bright bronze acoustic strings are phenomenal. If you want a really mellow and warm tone, get elixer polyweb regular light (or extra light) strings.
Lisa Stubbs is a fox! Keep playing that thang girl.

Really nice. Great voice. Love the guitar work.
And stick with the Elixir's. They're great strings.

At a solid 5 right now, that was pretty good. You might consider getting different strings though, some mellower low gauge ghs ones would do nicely

@LisaStubbs8
martin strings r my favs and sound alot better esp medium gauge but be warned there alot harder on your fingers and barre chords r really hard 2 do
lovemusiceveryday 5 months ago
@LisaStubbs8 I would recommend John Pearse Medium Gauge Phosphor Bronze or some cheap Dean Markley Vintage Bronze.
Great playing by the way!

@LisaStubbs8 Martin 10 gauges. That's what I use, and I love them.
