All these people saying "shift into neutral" clearly didn't watch the video. At the end they clearly say that not only was her accelerator stuck, but a lose bolt had caused her to be unable to shift gears which prevented her from shifting into neutral.

@OneSkiWonder so your a big man now? if you dont usualy drive at those speeds then your not used to that speed, just think of it when you first started driving, you do not know how to drive.... and your first time on the highway. she does not drive this speed....
PS- Much of the time it's the floor mat jammed against the gas pedal, which you can pluck up with your toe. Bear in mind that if you shut off the ignition to ONLY turn off the ignition, not to turn the key all the way CCW or it can lock the steering wheel. I've had problems like this in cars so I speak from experience. Best is to remain calm & put into Neutral, than brake. Modern cars will cut off fuel at redline so you won't even damage the engine.
I can't imagine ANY car that can't be stopped by 1- burying the brake pedal to the floor with both feet, 2- being put into neutral or park 3- turning off the ignition. Either it's operator error/panic or the car has been sabotaged.
