The National Association of Realtors (NAR) did nothing to stop their members (Realtors) from steering financially illiterate home buyers into toxic Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) loans. The primary goal of real estate licensure is to protect the public. Buyers who were NOT WARNED about ARM loans and real estate finance by their Realtors and agents should sue on the Errors & Omissions insurance. NAR is getting a free pass, because of their insider access to Washington DC politicians.
