HUGE story flaw. Topanga never read the letter. It was still sealed. If she had it sealed and got it when it fell out of his bag, how is he gonna tell her about the letter when he never knew about it?! And since he never read it or even knew about it, why would he tell Topanga that he was gonna tell her about it "now"? It proves my point when he reads it for the first time and goes "oh no."
