If Rep. Gohmert actually believes that, he must put a motion of Impeachment before the House.

Rep. Gohmert was denied his Constitutional right to vote upon the initiation of war in Libya (Article 1 Section 8). The President violating the Constitution by launching a non-defensive war has committed a "High Crime and Misdemeanor" and even worse, has opened the door to Caesarism.

Not one word more from Gohmert until he man's up and pursues Impeachment.
