I don't know what everyone else thinks, but Happiness has got to be one of F242's most intense songs! When I am running to this song, I just about jump out of my shoes!
I always thought Junkdrome was their most intense song, in a slow way. Something like the synths feels like it's raining down on me. Also some of the versions of Animal were pretty hard too.
Yeah, you're right about junkdrome, but I just love the way that Happiness has that incredible buildup. whenever I run in a race, I put happiness on first and it really jacks me up to run hard and strong. I also agree about some of the animal songs...especially Animal (Fur Coat)
The Nitzer Ebb show in Hollywood last year was comparable to a Front 242 show. It really was one of the most amazing shows I have ever seen. But Front 242 shows are consistently amazing.
