It is the elementary dao form in Chin Woo, one of the "Chin Woo ten basic forms" for learners.

kelvin198837 is correct, this is one of the basic Chin Woo sabre forms called Bagua Dan Dao. It has nothing to do with Bagua as in the style.

This form is adopted as a basic form for Lee Kam Wings Hong Kong Seven Star Mantis style too.

I've been looking for a reference for years :)
