this is was one of our pastry stops on a tour i recently did in paris, the large pink macaron 0:33 with the raspberries was so good i walked straight back in and baught a second.. it has a lychee flavoured filling with a rose essence as well and the texture is sooo good, i highly recom.

Yeah, Ispahan is pure delight. I also discovered Hermé many years ago with this one.

@koalakiss86 Oh, the Ispahan macaron, which is undoubtedly Pierre's most famous concoction. I could only wish to go to France one day to try it.
