Fear is no fun to live with, I'm slowly getting over my various Phobias. I got over a fear of elephants and found out they really aren't hostile long as no one harms them (and I believe the circus should go out of business since the elephants in those do go ballistic from the abuse they endure). I'm working on getting over my fear of Praying Mantis but that will be next summer since its cold here in Michigan.

I'm terrified of snakes and they're everywhere I live... we find them curled up in the backyard. I faint when I see one. I'm also scared of spiders. And I used to have a phobia of lifts when I was younger... my mother would practically drag me into the lift with me kicking and screaming lol (but I'm over that one now)

idk if you're in the water with them, and they get it in their heads to try & play with you, there's not much you can do about it. Also, they're very strong and fast... they can circle you at incredible speeds, bumping you and pushing you underwater...I can see how 'play' could turn be disorienting, considering how unsteady water is in the first place~

Who doesn't have a fear of dolphins?

If you were swimming and some dolphins came up to you, you'd probably be a bit scared. But how often would that EVER happen in your life? Never. It's not a fear you need to confront, and it's probably a healthy fear to have.

I'm afraid of being locked in a room with a hungry lion, I don't feel the need to confront it.
