  • Hey man, the forum thread seems to be down, any idea where I can get my hands on these lush looking print outs?

  • @Thecamerandy After you said this I researched and found out that the website had apparently been hacked, and so they shut down some threads. Unfortunately it appears this was one of them, which is really disappointing. I'll have to check out where they are now available and get back to you!

  • @dlhp1 cheers man, I'm hoping to make them to surprise my potter nutter girlfriend :D

  • Are you going to do you videos

  • do u actually need an acount to view all of this? and its still not working, aparently saying i dont have permission to access that page, but oh well, i'll sort it out eventually

  • @TheComicproductions I believe you do have to have an account with the forum to view the stuff.

  • the RPF is being stupid!! i logged in and it said i had to be like, a silver ember or something to access it, which is stupid coz i went onto it yesterday?!

  • @TheComicproductions Hm, that's odd. It seems to be working fine for me. Just try again in a day or two, it is probably some type of error.

  • When I went to the RPF website one of the "Advanced-Potion making" book covers was just the front cover and the other format was the front, spine, and back cover. Which one did you use? Thank you for making this vid btw :)

  • How do you know what to size the pictures of the covers to? Since one has the spine and one doesn't.

  • @TheMoldyPudding The cover of my books were about 5.25-5.5 inches by about8.5, but once you download the pictures, you can resize them to whatever you need to fit your book.

  • Does anyone know how to size the pictures without Exel?

  • @mattffx10 You can change the size to whatever matches your book! :)

  • @AaronReason Have fun! Practice makes perfect! :)

  • @AaronReason Thank you! And it should be able to be done on any book cover, as long as the paper is able to stick to it with the spray adhesive. Let me know if you have any more questions!

  • thank you so much! i love this!

  • @HPplusJB You're welcome!!

  • @missdoodles100 Have fun! :D and remember, practice makes perfect, it took me a few tries to get everything right.

  • how did you get the book beat up?

  • @Loserboy166 It was actually a very fun process that included dropping it on the ground from great heights, violently opening and closing it, taking a pocketknife to the covers. Really, I just did everything you wouldn't want to do to any valuable book.

  • You got me subscribed.

  • @dhlp1 thanks and they look great

  • @dlhp1 I was wondering did you use the spray adhesive on the Advanced Potion Making book because i think @eviltig his was fabric and do you spray the adhesive on the book and then put the picture on or the picture and then adhesive and where did you buy your adhesive?

  • @geraldmt01 I used the spray adhesive on both books. I had the paper with the picture printed on it, and I sprayed the back of that, along with the book and then carefully stuck it on to the book. Yes, I believe he did use a fabric type paper on one of his books which is also an option. Though he used a sort of glue instead, both work just as well. You can purchase the spray adhesive at most craft or hardware stores, such as Michael's or Home Depot.

  • they look really really really really really good

  • @lance001917 Thanks!
