reading around it seemed that once there broken thats it.

this seemed to good to be true but after a little fiddling it did exactly what you did in the video!!im so so pleased and gratefull most people wd not know bout this i was even looking into geting a new motherboard as people say you cant re attach them to motherboard once there broken.thanks once again :)

hi there,

after fixing my ps3 for second time due to yellow/red circle of death and both working great this time the clip attatching the blu ray drive ribbon cable to the motheboard had come off completly.

my ps3 went dead a few months ago, and i picked one up off ebay to use it for parts, but now i'm re-thinking just taking the clip from my old ps3 and putting it on this one since thats the main problem with it. You think that'd work? Is there any special way of taking the clip off without totally fucking it?
