I believe this is the true test of existence on Earth; that one must learn how NOT to abuse the power they have over others; otherwise they must personally experience corrupt power during other aggregates of the energy package they will assume in different lifetimes. I'm working on this concept; it's not fully worked out yet.

The reason Fouquet failure was because it was to obvious that all he wanted was the position. King Louis saw as an insult that he tried to use a party to get into the position. So the King used a tactic on accusing him of stealing, knowing the corruption Fouquet had done in the past. King Louis knew how to use the power of Deception, even if it was Fouquet that you were trying to explain his failure of Power of Deception.
