So the UE are really Martians(sort of). It's interesting how Flit seems to be in denial about the fact that his enemies are every bit as human as him, insisting that humans would never do the horrible things that the UE have done. Hate to break it to you kid, but humans really can be nasty buggers, especially when they have war to give them an excuse. I bet Asemu is going to have issues with his obsessed, martian-hating dad in generation 2.

I was impressed how much they manage to put into one episode (last boss battle suffered a little...). It will be interesting to see what kind of man Flit becomes (I'm hoping for a hardass father who's secretly a madman driven by revenge and wants to annihilate the UE). Grodeck incarcerated was interesting (I thought suicide for a second...) but surprised he's not executed... too dark? lol

the super pants MS made me lol. But man, Flit really became a man in this ep and then was out for blood. Grodeck is the real hero and star of this show imo. When he was in his desk imagining being home with his family I got a little teary eyed. I hope he gets his good name clear or honored in some way in the next age. Alot more stuff was unresolved than I thought and a bunch of revenge motivated ppl set up for the next age.

this was a Huge "Ohh Sh*T" ep,This seriously Aimed for kidz? so freak Dark lol..The Beginning of the ep reminded me of the final eps of S2 of Gundam 00,Even when Flit fell for that Trap,his Moves reminded me of Exia lol..i even Said "WTF!? Flit's got a Gun" xD & Damn Grodak looked pretty cold & kool at the Same time,i mean,wtf who says that to a kid who's dad u just killed? Still think Seed should of been for kiz,Age for regular Fans..Can't wait for Next Week!!

All gundams are aimed at kids...This isnt Victory though and thats a good thing. If it turns INTO a Victory 'kill em all' I dont think I will be upset. Victory was just crazy to me...

This time it's boys 6-12 I guess, much like the original Gundam was (but back then they made it mature enough at the same time) Gundam Wing was the first to target girls as well (SEED and 00 too) but Gundam always catches the hearts of teenager boys.

I haven't' seen any sign of elementary kids watching AGE.....-_-;

Thought it was a shame with Grodek; I mean, he'll be 60-70 in the next generation, so I'm guessing he's more-or-less done in terms of the story. Was hoping he'd take in/adopt Flit or something, and proceed to make the Federation better.

There are many people who think that the old Japanese GUNDAM fan is insufficient about AGE.

I think it too reckless to complete the battle for 100 years in 50 episode.

I gotta say, I am impressed with the last few episodes of this generation. It started really slow, but boy did it ever grow the beard.

As for the big reveal of the UE, can you say Jovian Lizards meets Zeon? In all seriousness, the nation of Veigan has won my full support. With Flit becoming a racist jerk and the Feddies revealing genocidal motivations, the martian population has become much easier to sympathize with.

@TheMCcane Aren't the Veigans pretty genocidal as well? Besides, after what happened to Yurin and how easily slaughtering innocent civilians comes to them, I say the only good UE is a dead UE. They had a justified sob story, but there are some things you just DON'T do, dishonorably slaughtering civilians with machines that far surpass even the most powerful military machines is chief among them!
