Desde la primera vez que ví esta película me llegó al alma, y desde entonces es mi favorita. Las escenas, los actores, la música, y este tema de Ennio Morricone, que me tiene enamorada. Todo en ella es bello..pero el final ese final que me ha arrancado tantas lágrimas y que me estremece la piel a pesar de que lo escucho diariamente, infinidad de veces.

I first saw Cineman Paradiso on a cold, winter day in the '80s. Never was into foreign movies, but I was bored, and could always turn it off. I was absolutely moved by the story-line and in LOVE with the music score. Ennio Morricone is absolutely BRILLIANT! Second to none, in my humble opinion.

@MrHannes38 Tornatore was right. I remember going to the old theaters.  There was such a look and feel about those grand old venues. In those days, going to the movies was an experience. It elevated you into another world and so did the movies. However, you no longer see them anymore.Today movie theaters have turned into a business. The movie theaters are not specially built monuments built in the downtown; now they are found in the malls. They are all look the same, with no spirit. Shame.
