I went as Rose Petal for Halloween one year! It was one of those vinyl and plastic mask boxed costumes.

:-( I was so eexcited when I found this, thinking it was the movie my parents had recorded for me when it aired when I was little. Unfortunately, although the characterization is very similar it wasn't... Anyone remember characters similar to this with "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" being the opening music and someone riding on what I think was a caterpillar with a saddle?

I remember seeing this when I was 4 or 5 years old. I was living in Vermont at the time and I remember watching it on NBC affiliate: WPTZ Channel 5 (which is actually a New York NBC affiliate).
