no offence but.... stop thinking you can just backflip 180 and keep rotating.... its a totally different way of spinning for more than a 180 on both the frontlip and backflip....
Use your arms lol set your arms by throughing them up so you dont whip back as much and you will go higher then just bring them over turning your shoulders and look that way with your head dont try so hard to twist its just a simple 360 your tricking so hard all your doing is moving your hips hard and doing a 180 keep trying though
get them arms involved mate, throw them up then wrap your hands to which ever sholder you spin to.. not sure if that's gymnasticly correct it should help though :)

I would suggest setting with your arms and jumping UP, youre jumping back and spinning too early. Nice attempts though.
