Ben Folds Insane Piano w/ Altoids Distortion

I saw something where he said he used an altoids can (sours works better), a piece of fruit taped to a cookie jar lid and a distortion pedal.

loved the show... I totally dug this and and wish I recorded more. My only negative was the lighting was annoying at times. Way to much House/Crowd lighting and the robotic lighting from behind made it hard to see Ben playing many times Looked cool just not appropriate for this type of show.

Wow, I'm right there with you. Saw him last night in San Francisco, and it was without question the most distracting, uncomfortable lighting I've seen in a live performance. Straight into the eyes, repeatedly.

He played in Green Bay with some other good ones on Saturday which is usually a little conservative but tons of Obama supporters there, it was awsome, his new shit is the best. Youre talking about Chicago right?

Nice quality! I really wanted to catch this show, but work has been overwhelming this week, I just crashed yesterday. I hope to see more videos!
