@biomatcom thanks for the info...before Biomat I was using a massage table with heat...I find I have much more energy after using the Biomat. It also helps relieve the pain I've been having since 1993.

@Balrenn First off I am not Dr. Jones. Second the mat itself is FDA registered and ISO 9000 certified. Second, look at Far infrared rays not just the crystals. FIR also used in FIR saunas are harder science. Third no one is saying that the biomat should replace any other treatment for anything, if you do not want to use it as an adjunct treatment for stress or pain then don't. Some others might want to try it in addition to seeking their own doctor's advice about their own situation.
