Using a combination of distortion filters in After Effects...

@markokon83 Ah, ok thanks. You dont have to download any, do you? Or are the ones you used already in AE?

@Clynnspired Yes it's the default distortion filters you can find in the software. No third party plug ins. Turbulent Displacement, and I believe it was liquify was the combination I was using.
