No its Bewdley in WOrcestershire and half a mile or more from the river. A small insignificant Brook runs via a culvetted water course through the estate. As brooks dont flood its now officially a river, if I lift the manhole cover I have a river side dwelling now ! LOL Really can't believe its almost 12 months ago.
