  • 1 pound = 3600 cal? :S im totally confused by this calculation. is it per week? Because i weight 195 pounds so thats 68000 calories :P. Be clearer with your presentation :). The person who asked a question about doing a week of workout and seeing no results, easy way of explaining that is that if you gain muscle and loose body fat you maintain the same weight. 4 weeks in and I've lost 9 pounds and i've not been strict. I'm on a diet of brown rice, egg, chicken, veg, brown bread and oatmeal.
