So I went through all your covers and came to this one last. The fact that you've even heard of Michael Manring, is pretty great to me. Further more you go to play one of the weirdest songs he's ever written, mass props to you. Amazing work.
Very nice job! I use to play this song myself. Now, tinnitus keeps me away from my kits. Oh well, I still enjoy watching other good drummers like yourself!
This is such a great album. Born Naked was another good band that Tim played for. Oh yeah, and Laundry. It proves that good music is still being made, you just have to dig for it. Great job, man.
sick sick sick! Personally ! like Herb's cymbal work more, but I like your kick/snare relationship better on this song. You have a badass crecendo on cymbal washes but I can't tell much more without better mics.
Nothing but praise, and respect. I gotta watch it again b4 posting.
my friends were freaking out today cause they couldn't name the two bands steve morse played with. Primus's bassist and drummer are both some of my favorite players. their guitar player i don't like
Man i have to say you are an amazing drummer. I myself am a bass player and have to say you have some mad skill to just pick up and do spot on jobs of songs you like.
Yeah this album has been out of print for a real long time. My mom was lucky enough to find it brand new at a mom and pop music store in 2000 for Xmas. Best gift ever. I've seen sellers on Amazon and Ebay selling it for real cheap.
Right on dude! Thonk is one o the albumns I'd have with me if I were stranded on a desert island. Totally sic music. Herb and Steve tear it up on Manrings songs. Great job playing man. I wish the sound quality of your kit was a little better though!
Most of this album is great. Good job.

Um, shouldn't you at least put " Cover " in your video title ? You are more or less spamming using your existing one.

love the drumming. im also a drummer and have been for the past 4-5.
i quite like the sound of your snare, its higher tuned than most rock bassed snares. its so suited to the song it's unreal.
awesome!

No. It is written by Michael Manring and is performed by him on his "Thonk" album. The drummer is Herb from Primus, but that's it.
