How can it be "bad propaganda" a movie that is factually realistic and shows how drug dealers and criminals are fought in Brazil?!

Sure, it may shock some people but that's the way it is. I bet you many law enforcement officers in the USA would love to have the leeway of BOPE to fight crime and drug dealers.

I again highly recommend the DVD movie "Elite Squad" (5 stars! Both thumbs up! It rocks!)

I have not yet seen the movie buy I live in brasil I have seen these guys and been stopped by them and frisked and even been put up on the wall by these guys they are hard core to the bone just big bad cops that have noone to answer to its them and the bad guys and the bad guys are goin down at all costs the drugdealers frequently open fire on the cops just walkin down the streets here in são paulo it is not a safe place to live

There is great movie, it can be obtained in DVD here in the USA, titled "Elite Squad" about Brazil's elite unit BOPE. Highly recommended!!!
