French Pottery Garlic Grater Plates

I bought one of these recently and it's brilliant. Never found anything that could do ginger before, and it produces a puree rather than tiny chunks that conventional garlic presses tend to do. The designs in this video are different from the ones I saw though, there must be a huge range.
