At the end, she says she loved him once but not anymore. That's when you realize it isn't some super crazy stalker rapping but a heartbroken man (or maybe craziness and love are not so far apart). The man mentions meeting 1000 days ago implying they have had a relationship for over 3 years. Imagine what it is like being dumped after loving someone for 3 years. You can empathize with this "crazy stalker". This is why this song is brilliant. They are both going crazy.
