Well, it appears that Bodgers is part of a bigger conglomerate called Morleys and they have managed to maintain Bodgers' standing in the town centre.
We're all guilty of a consumerist nature, it's too hard to avoid, but if we support local traders where possible, it will do a lot to help the community.
Yeah, it's so true. The High Street is changing before our eyes and I reckon the days when we even pay our rent and fuel bill to multinationals are closer than we may think.....
I know what you mean about it not being on primetime, but fortunately we have places like Community Channel willing to give independent producers a shot!
It's so sad to see this happening. Monopolists and their megalomaniac mind sets are ruining this planet. Food is essential to any social system and without these independent traders we are losing a sense of community. Shops like Tesco Metro, Sainsbury Locals and alike springing up everywhere.. gone are the days of corner shops, news agents, meat and veg markets.. it's so sad. I feel sorry for the generations to come..
Why can't films like this be broadcasted during peak times? oh yeah.. money..
