This is a remix of Push Me by Madonna I believe.

And that is certainly not an A-4. I know that is the French air force but it looks like a British made trainer, probably built be Hawker. The other aircraft is a Mirage 2000.

It s not a Hawker. It a French/German made aircraft: Dassault/Dornier Alpha Jet.

They are known for being used in french exhibition patrol "Patrouille de France".

Yeah I actually learned that a few weeks ago..I randomly came across the movie this is from in Blockbuster a few weeks ago. It's called Sky Fighters and it's actually not a bad movie so check it out if you can find it. Like kirk said below, it was originally french so you'll have to deal with the lips being out of sync.
