If its indicated theres a minimum of 4 minutes added, the ref will only not blow on 4 minutes if a team is in an attacking position (corner kick, free kick considered a goal scoring threat, advanced attacking position). As soon as the ball is cleared, he should blow. I haven't seen what happened within the extra 2 minutes here, but chances are he should have blown before he apparently did.

I've been a season ticket holder for 17 years in the Kop end where the most 'vocal' fans are found, and I have never seen more than about 5% joining in.
