Question: Why do we need middlemen (delegates) in caucuses and primaries? Why don't our votes just be the one and ONLY votes and let that be that? Ron Paul's ideas about Iraq are good ones. However, that's where his good side ends. He's anti government (Reagan, Bush, etc.?), anti-public education, and wants America to be isolationist. He's using the war's unpopularity in his favor, and for example, tugging at your empty wallet fears by talk of eliminating the IRS. Take some time to look at all his stances, and he's not much better than Bush.
