@ybcocotte i have tried. about four times now. american idol isnt worth it to me anymore. its really just a waste of time unless you have amazing luck or you dress up as a monkey. BUT...i did audition for the voice and made it through. i was in concideration for the show and had to wait for an email. i got the email about three weeks ago and i did not make it to the show...but to come back next season. so ill be there:)
