It's a Mackerel Tabby, according to it's real owner (I was just cat-sitting).

Pixie Bobs have bobtails. This cat has a normal long tail. He is a classic tabby Domestic Shorthair (not a mackerel as mackerels have stripes along the body as well as the extremities). Classics have the bullseye/swirls on the sides.

You know, whenever I watch these videos of "let's tease the cat" videos ... I think .. you know the cat must be thinking ... "oh sure ... cute, make me look like an idiot so you can get a good laugh! You know if I were about 5 times bigger than I am now - like my cousin the LION ... you'd have been LUNCH about three months ago!!!" Having said that, it is a cute video.
