  • Impressionante o controle deste piloto!!!

  • GREAT:D

  • nice

  • love how forgiving this "wing" is- it's more big "airsack", than a wing - but it seems perfect for this site! nice flying!!!

  • Incredible control of the wing, love this video (:-)

  • Incredible control of the wing, love this video (:-)

  • This looks wonderful! I would love to play with one of these on a small grass slope:)

  • I LOVE this kind of flying - I had a great day doing some low-level soaring over my local cliffs a couple of days ago. Maybe a speedwing is needed next...

    gracias

Two questions¿what is the arnes the pilot have?

And ¿Out of sea coast in inside how is te characteristics in valley end hillside windy with also thermics? thanks

  • Wow, great video! Awesome flying skills and awesome landscape. Just got my bobcat and I'm really looking forward to make my first flights. Hope I'll can do some speedflying over there in NZ soon. Blue Skies

  • i love how well he knows the stall point... so close many times!! brilliant!!!!

  • This proves that kiwis can fly. Amazing flying!!!!!

  • It requires true effort at first, but then a pleasure to fly with the speed wing.Good movie, respect.

  • Se alguém quizesse e pudesse polir toda essa pedreira, ainda assim não substituiria o brilho e a lembrança de como esse rochedo foi valorizado.

  • СПАСИБО! Ё!

    Я Определился с КРЫЛОМ!!!

    )))

  • the problem with talented pilots is that they make it look easy !!! :)

  • What is the wingloading?

  • That's a really good wing! I can't believe it didn't collapse many times through out the video.

  • Darn you're good - my instructor has advised against me getting one of those, i'm not as fit as you (understatement) but i think i'm going to be naughty..... fly safe (like you'll listen, lol)

  • epic :D loving the loop

  • cool!....but reckless ummm very cool! Ok i,ll buy that.

  • impressive!

  • well done!. really good handling.

  • Dammit, Why can't I launch like that?

  • The zen without zen, flow without flow. There are no rules, only beauty.

  • I wonder if he could bring down the wing without touching the ground :) As he did it by throwing into the air.

  • Dave makes`it look easy , but is not ! Trust me ! U need some experince on intermediate wings .... I`m still trying to get some , before buying one of those :) Fly safe !

  • Very nice handling!

  • Blimey I might consider going over to the dark side...

  • what's the background noise ?

  • Wind and cicadas

  • suspicious looking socks!

  • Alan do you need to be nuts to fly one of these or just a Paragliding Ninja - The glider looks almost unstallable (at 3:00) heaps of brake and it keeps on flying why is that?

  • he almost stalled it, but he managed to let go of the brakes just in time for the wing to pick up speed again...

  • No, you dont need to be nuts at all, easy to fly, but to soar like this you need to have half brakes on and there is heaps of pressure the brakes the whole time. the wing wants to dive with the brakes released, its not unstable at all, dave is just trying to land on a rock in a bowl section and he has heaps of brake on then suddenly releases.

  • WOW! The best way to fly, just like a bird!

  • How much does Dave weigh?

  • valeu mesmo. babei.

  • To answer OzoneX15 about the range for the XT16, It starts soaring as you put your normal glider away, and should give you comfortable use for 10 extra Km/h of wind and more for experts. - of coarse you need smooth enough air for your experience ans skill level, but we are happy in 40-45km/h smoothish winds - we have lots of nice coastal sites ideal for high wind Speedflying.

  • To answer Glidewatch - have a look at his other video on the Ozone site Speedflyig news. First Dave mastered the Looping / Barrelroll, then he went on to do the rock hopping tricks. He practises intensely and is very talented, and has smooth air - very important if you want to fly close to the ground.

  • Great Vid!! awesome!, I wanna one XT now! lol!

  • OK, question to the pilot on the "looping". Did you really mean to do this or did you flip over when over controlling early in the flight? Not looking for a quarrel, looking for an explanation from a damn good, bold pilot.

  • wow!!!

  • Great!!!

  • Some of the best control i've seen in a speed soaring vid - really well done and the wing looks great. Have to say, that swoosh sound is AWESOME!

5/5 and added to the Adrenaline Addicted Channel!
