Then the prosecutor herself issued an European Arrest Warrant, which is invalid according to Assange's team, because a prosecutor alone cannot issue an EU warrant.
Their whole point was that a court or judge is required to issue a warrant, because a court/judge is impartial and independant. If at 0:18 you say that a court approved an extradition request you defeat the whole point of JA's defense team.
