It's from the old Norse poem 'Hrafnagaldur Óðins' (Odin's raven-galdur) In one of the stanzas Odin proclaims to the gods to enjoy the feast, and enjoy eternal bliss. Literally, Yndi Halda means 'Enjoy Eternal Bliss'

Yndi Halda's live performances always come across to me as, er, you know, exaggerated. Their song just doesn't seem like you would have a lot of energy playing it, to me, anyway. I'd prefer it if they did it like, er, Gregor Samsa or Steve Earle, without any showmanship. Just played the song.
