Sachs is another useless economist with an applaing track record on economic advice. Just ask the Polish whose economy was devastated by his shock therapy which saw drastic rises in poverty and unemployment. You ever wonder why Polish people are working in every other Western country but their own for a pittance? Ask Jeffrey Sachs
