Underrated track, and I also think that Beat Club may have been better than any Brit TV music program of the time. They seemed far more willing to give airtime to what are now cult bands, like the Small Faces here and the Creation. Most clips of those bands are from this show, and their archives are now a treasure trove of 60s gems.

It would have been a big hit but they didn't promote it. They fell out with manager Don Arden and switched to another label, Immediate, but leased this song back to Decca their first recording label.
