You fucking idiot. I am a chef-in-training, and need to tell people who think it is good, why Gordon Ramsey will kick his ass.

Firstly, at 1:42 onwards, you can see the egg slowly getting overcooked and dry. Scrambled eggs are supposed to be fluffy, with flavor, and they SHOULD NOT BE ADDED WITH WATER, BUT FREAKING MILK.

Adding salt in the egg, "decomposes" it, and breaks down the egg, making a extremely watery exterior. Take it from Gordon Ramsey, and only add salt when IT IS ABOUT DONE.

@Hollysamaa he overcooked them :p They were dry at the end and good scrambled eggs are nice and moist. Also, if he's burning (browning) eggs when milk his added he's doing it wrong. If he cooks the eggs the amount that he just did when he adds milk not only does he end up burning it, but also the milk starts to release liquid while you're eating it. Scrambled eggs aren't meant to be cooked that long.

Then pour oil in circular motion around the pan once! Wait for a couple of seconds then pour eggs into pan.

Use your fork and mix everywhere. Take pan off stove and continue mixing then put back on stove to finish it off! Once eggs look fluffy and soft not dry and clumpy you may serve.

Ok guyz I can make a better scrambled eggs..and healthier version.

First you crack some eggs(Depending on how many people are going to be eating)

Put pan on stove and turn to High heat

Second you add some milk.(JUST A GOOD TABLESPOON IS FINE)

Third you add salt. (A good teaspoon should do it)

Fourth you add some pepper.(Fresh cracked pepper really makes the difference) A good 3 cracks should do it :)

Fifth-Use a fork and wisk it all together.

Sixth- Grab Some OIL! regualr oil is ok
