Corporations will always find a way to buddy up with the government but people at the local and state level are a LOT less easily corrupted, controlled a LOT easier, and a LOT less costly.

Attacking the rich won't solve anything, eleiminating Corruption in Washington will. What you don't understand is that running a country is expensive! Someone has to pay for it! What happens when the middle class has no money? No spending, no revenue, the country falls into ruin. The corporations eventually fail as well because they have no revenue. If the middle class fails, everything fails!
