This and the incredible hulk ending song (the lonely man) are the two saddest songs ever for me. This song isn't about drugs, that I know. It's about growing up and not believing in childish fantasies anymore, even if they were great, like Puff. Puff "died" when Jackie draper, or paper, in some cases, forgot about him and grew up.
