I loved this episode! Such a wonderfully written and acted show. And even though Carol was only in a little bit of it, their love story really is a big part of this one - "Fathers and Sons".
Only got introduced to E.R around season 6/7 so I missed all the early seasons featuring the Doug/Carol romance. The finally scene with the piano in the background is simply fantastic. Wish I knew how to play piano so I could play it over and over.
They were so perfect for each other. I wish someone would see me like that..
