Yeah as long as you hit Tifa w/ any of these moves: Sakura's Midare Zakura, Akuma's Messatsu Gou Shoryuu, Yuri's Hien Rekkou, etc.! As long as you hit her w/ a super art that's Melee(punhing and kicking like hell)! Ranged Supers like the Shinkuu-hadouken doesn't strip her!
